These are sleeves. Eventually they will go on a coat. All of the pictures I have seen of coats with this sort of embroidery have it on all of the coat, not just the sleeves, but these sleeves are a starting point. If I am not absolutely sick of this type of embroidery by the time I finish this part (maybe by the time I am 50) I may do the rest, who knows. So far I have been working on this project off and on for about three years...
